A learner is any unique person who is assigned a flow in your workspace. Learners can complete multiple flows — we count unique people, not flow completions. Starter plan includes up to 10 learners per individual flow.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

When you hit the Starter limits (3 active flows or 10 learners per flow), Cor will prompt you to upgrade. Existing flows and learners are not affected — you just can't add more until you upgrade or archive a flow.
